Where do we find Magnesium?

Although it is much harder to get it from our food, there are still some great sources of this stress busting mineral. These include:

Nuts - Seeds - Leafy Green Vegetables - Raw Cacao - Unprocessed Whole Grains - Brewer's Yeast - Cod - Figs - Molasses - Parsnips - Barley - Swiss Chard - Quinoa - Buckwheat - Legumes

Keeping in mind that stress and sugar uses up quite quickly the magnesium we can absorb from these foods, then combining a diet rich in these foods with daily magnesium oil spray and/or cream and weekly baths will boost magnesium supplies significantly.
